The hub of the Eco-Innovation Observatory, the Info Desk will provide access to the multi-dimensional database made available by the Observatory, compiled from information from across the European Union and around the globe.
Interrogation of this unique database will allow the development of unparalleled understanding of eco-innovation processes, which will be made available to users through the new European Eco-Innovation Scoreboard currently under development by the Observatory. The scoreboard will bring together key indicators to allow comparative analysis across the EU27, for example at country or sectorial level.
Knowledge generated by the EIO will be further accessible through individual Country pages and thematic wikis.
These services will be appearing on the website from late October 2010.
